Q. Can I go to the store and see the products?  I only sell my works at the online shops.  There is no physical store.
Q. Can I order a custom jewelry?  I do not accept custom orders.
Q. Can I purchase loose glass beads?  I do not sell only beads in bulk.
Q. Can I visit the glass workshop?  My studio is not open to the public.  I don't offer glass learning classes.
Q. Can you ship overseas?  I do not ship internationally.
Q. Can you repair glass products?  I may be able to repair if it's my work and main beads are not broken.  Please contact.
Q. Can I purchase glass jewelry without going through an online shopping mall?   I only sell at the reliable online malls with secure payment methods such as Rakuten Ichiba and Yahoo! Shopping. Available payment methods vary by mall.
